The Unmasked Life — Work With Sarthak
Every session is one-on-one, online, and 60 minutes. No scripts, no generic advice, no toxic positivity. Just honest, direct coaching for people who are done performing and ready to figure out who they actually are.
Questions you might have
Q1. What happens on the discovery call?
We talk for about 30 minutes. You share what's been going on, the performing, the self-doubt, the feeling that the life you're living isn't quite yours. I ask a few questions. Together, we figure out if coaching is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you honestly.
Q2. Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions are online via Google Meet or Zoom. You can be anywhere your bedroom, your car, your office. All you need is a quiet space and a decent internet connection.
Q3. What if I'm not sure which package to pick?
Don't worry about choosing right now. We'll figure that out together on the discovery call once I understand what you're working through. Most people start with the 4-session package, but there's no wrong answer.
Q4. Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy typically addresses past trauma and clinical mental health conditions. Coaching is future-focused; it's about getting unstuck, building confidence, and creating practical shifts in how you think and act. I'm a trained coach currently completing my ICF ACC certification, not a therapist. If I feel therapy would serve you better, I'll be honest about that.
Q5. What if it doesn't work for me?
Coaching isn't magic, it's a partnership. It works when you're willing to show up honestly and put in the effort between sessions. That said, the discovery call exists exactly for this reason. If I don't think I can help you, I'll tell you. I'd rather turn someone away than waste their time or money.
