Coaching Sessions

• Discovery Call: The initial discovery call is either free or non-refundable (depending on what you set) since it is designed to help us understand your needs before moving forward.

• Paid Coaching Sessions:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session can be rescheduled without any additional charges.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or fail to attend, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

  • If I (the coach) need to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Courses)

• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• If you face any issues with accessing or downloading the material, please contact me at [your email/contact form], and I’ll ensure you get your product.

Packages & Programs

• If you purchase a multi-session package, the same cancellation rules apply per session.

• Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of LifeCraft by Sarthak.
