My Story
It all started in 2019, when I suffered from my first bout of depression. Back then, I didn't know what it was; it was a very new feeling and experience for me. I had no idea how to handle it. Slowly, it turned to suicidal thoughts, then to planning my suicide. My world was collapsing, and I had no idea what to do. I had severe anxiety and depression. I couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, puked everything out after eating and just stayed in my room the whole day.

Then covid 19 happened, and I went to my home to my family, and realised that I just cannot kill myself, and how my family would be shattered if I did so. Time passed, and I started to heal. I took it one day at a time.​

I was later diagnosed with bipolar 1. Since then, I have had 3 depressive episodes and 3 mania episodes, including one of psychosis.
I am doing great now. I exercise, I meditate, and I take my medicines. I have learnt that time heals everything, and with the right mindset, we can expedite the healing.

After this experience, I was motivated to help people with their self-sabotaging and anxious thoughts and help them live a more authentic and meaningful life. I love to talk to people about their struggles and how they overcame it.

My Mission
My mission is simple — I want people to break free from the weight of anxious thoughts and insecurities that hold them back. Too often, we let fear, self-doubt, and the opinions of others dictate how we live. I believe that every person deserves to experience life with authenticity, courage, and meaning.

Through my work, I aim to help people quiet the constant noise of self-sabotage, so they can hear their true voice within. I want to guide them in building confidence, managing their anxiety, and embracing who they really are — without shame, without fear, and without pretending to be someone else.

Life is too short to live in the shadows of doubt. My mission is to walk alongside you as you step into your authentic self and create a life that feels not only free but deeply meaningful.
